Bio

Mary Carol joined Flyer Enterprises as a sales associate at Brown Street Bistro at the start of her freshman year and quickly connected with the division’s strong culture. Her interest in leadership and team development led her to pursue management, and she went on to serve as Director of Human Resources for Brown Street Bistro. Her commitment to the FE community inspired her to step into a broader leadership role. She now serves as the Executive Divisional President of Art Street Café and Brown Street Bistro, where she looks forward to partnering with her management teams to continue strengthening both divisions.
