Will began his journey at Heritage Coffeehouse in January 2025. Will was motivated to pursue a management role to gain high-quality professional experience and to further develop his leadership skills within a fast-paced environment. Will is particularly excited to collaborate with his colleagues on the management team and the executive leadership, many of them being some of his closest friends.

Margo Schoen

Margo started working at Heritage in April of her freshman year. She was immediately drawn to the unique culture at Heritage and developed a deep appreciation for the friendships she had built, which inspired her to pursue a management position. She is passionate about creating a positive work environment and giving back to an organization that has given her so much. She is excited to work with the rest of the management team to help contribute to the continued success of Heritage!

Rosie Bayer
Director of Marketing

Rose was hired at Heritage Coffee House second semester of her Freshman year in Spring of 2024. As a Marketing major with a minor in Communications, the Director of Marketing role always interested her. However, the love she developed for her division is ultimately what drove her to strive for the DM role. She is passionate about the relationships built within Heritage and believes they are the foundation of its success. As Director of Marketing, she hopes to strengthen Heritage’s campus presence while preserving the authenticity that makes it such a unique division.

Patrick Mehan
Product Manager

Patrick Mehan was hired at Heritage Coffeehouse when he was a freshman in the spring of 2024. He wanted to pursue a management position because of the incredible leadership and encouragement of past employees and managers, who inspired him to make an impact. He is most excited to work and collaborate with the rest of the management team on new initiatives that will create successful results for Heritage.
