Mathew Birch began working for Flyer Enterprises in April 2025 at Blend and Blend Express. From the start, he was motivated to grow within the organization and take on greater responsibility. He wanted to become a manager to lead a team, contribute to operational success, and make a positive impact on both employees and customers. In his managerial role, he is especially excited to develop his leadership skills and help drive continued growth and innovation within Blend and Blend Express.
Kaleigh Frietch

Kaleigh began her journey with Flyer Enterprises during the first semester of her freshman year as a sales associate at The Blend. Inspired by the organization’s strong sense of community and leadership, she pursued a management role to give back and serve as a mentor for new hires. She is excited to help train and develop new team members while fostering a positive, supportive culture and supporting their growth within Flyer Enterprises.
Olivia Tinnemeyer
Director of Marketing

Olivia joined Flyer Enterprises during her freshman year as a sales associate for The Blend & The Blend Express. From the moment she was hired, she felt called to step into a management role and give back to the organization that gave her meaningful friendships, valuable professional experience, and memories that will last a lifetime. Now, as Director of Marketing, she is excited to step into a hands-on role that allows her to deepen her passion for creativity and innovation, while showcasing what makes The Blend & The Blend Express truly so special. Olivia is truly grateful for this opportunity and looks forward to collaborating with her fellow management team to drive the growth of The Blend & The Blend Express while contributing to the continued success of Flyer Enterprises.
Eoin Cox
Product Manager

Eoin started his FE journey at Heritage Coffee House, where he first got involved with Flyer Enterprises. He developed a strong appreciation for the organization and the opportunities it provides to students. Because of this, he wanted to move into management as a way to give back to FE and help continue the success of the coffee shops. Eoin is excited to step into his role as Product Manager of The Blend and looks forward to working with the management team to improve product offerings and enhance the overall experience for students on campus.
