Natalie started working for Flyer Enterprises her first semester freshman year as a sales associate for The Blend and The Blend Express. With the support and encouragement from her peers, she became the Director of Marketing for The Blend and The Blend Express. Through this process, she was able to gain marketing skills through her work on The Blend's branding and social media outreach. In this position, her passion for FE grew thanks to the amazing management team she had the privilege to work with in addition to the supportive sales associates at The Blend and across all divisions. This passion inspired her to keep serving FE as the Operations Manager at The Blend and The Blend Express. Natalie is excited to see everything this new management team is going to accomplish and to see how FE will grow over the next year.

Meghan began her FE journey during the first semester of her freshman year, working at The Blend. What drew her to becoming a manager was the desire to give back to the organization that had offered her so much growth and learning experiences. Becoming a manager seemed like the perfect way to contribute her skills and experiences to further the success of FE. One aspect that excites her about this position is the opportunity to mentor and guide new employees and share all she’s learned through her FE journey. She is incredibly excited and grateful for this opportunity and cannot wait to witness the progress and development of The Blend and FE, knowing that she played a role in the journey!

Quinn joined FE first semester of her freshman year as a sales associate for The Blend. She wanted to be a manager to further her involvement in FE, demonstrate her creativity and strengthen her business skills. She is excited to grow alongside her division and bring in new ideas while collaborating with other managers.

Kaitlyn visited the University of Dayton during her junior year of high school and was instantly attracted to Flyer Enterprises. During her second semester of freshman year in 2023, she began working as a sales associate for the Blend and the Blend Express. Kaitlyn was captivated by the Blend's welcoming atmosphere and its team members' dedication. As she gained more experience, she became interested in a managerial role at the Blend. She decided to wait a year to acquire more knowledge and improve her skills before applying. Kaitlyn is now excited to take on the position of Product Manager, where she can use her creativity and expertise to contribute to the growth of the Blend, the Blend Express, and FE. She is eager to share her affection for the Blend with others and be a part of the company's future triumphs!
