Emma Hingle
Director of Human Resources
Emma started at The Chill in March of her freshman year and was instantly drawn to the welcoming culture and genuine connections that make The Chill so special. What started off as a Sales Associate job quickly became something more; a community that helped her grow personally, professionally, and develop a passion for Flyer Enterprises. Emma knew she wanted to step into a management role, seeing it as an opportunity to give back to the place that had given her so much and play a larger role in shaping its future. Emma is excited to take on this role as Director of HR, contribute to The Chill culture that makes the division so unique, and foster an environment where everyone is seen and valued.

Natalie Ulery
Director of Marketing
Natalie is a sophomore majoring in marketing. She started working at The Chill at the beginning of the second semester of her freshman year. Ever since then, her passion and love for The Chill has only grown fonder. Natalie quickly realized that she wanted to continue to add to the successes she saw within the division and pursue a leadership role. She is super excited to take on the role of Director of Marketing to help grow and promote The Chill.

Mick O'Connor
General Manager
Mick began his journey with Flyer Enterprises at the Chill during the fall semester of his freshman year as a sales associate. He stepped into the role of Assistant General Manager late in his freshman year and continued in that position into his sophomore year. He was motivated to pursue management because he genuinely enjoyed working under the former General Manager and became deeply invested in the growth and success of the Chill. Mick is excited for the opportunity to build upon the foundation established over the past year while collaborating with the management team to introduce a renewed vision and continued improvement for the Chill.
