Ada began her journey with Flyer Enterprises during her freshman year at Brown Street Bistro, where she quickly developed a strong appreciation for the division’s environment and sense of community. As she gained hands-on experience, her passion for leadership and operational efficiency grew, motivating her to pursue the Operations Manager position. She saw the role as an opportunity to give back to Brown Street Bistro, create a positive, productive work environment, and implement strategies to enhance workflow, consistency, and training. Ada looks forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of Brown Street Bistro!

Danny Mahoney
Director of Human Resources

Danny Mahoney started at FE in the Spring of 2025. He wanted to become a manager because he enjoyed learning from the past management and thought it seemed like a very good experience and something he wanted to be apart of. Something he is excited for in his new position is working with his new management team and the sales associates of Brown Street Bistro to promote positivity!

Alli Guzzi
Director of Marketing

Alli started working at Brown Street Bistro during the spring semester of her freshman year. She quickly became interested in Flyer Enterprises and was motivated to take on greater responsibility within her division. She pursued a management position to grow as a leader and expand her creative skills through marketing. Alli is excited to support her team, help create a positive work environment, and continue gaining valuable experiences through Flyer Enterprises.

Jason Kintzele
Product Manager

Jason started at Flyer Enterprise in January of 2026 at the Brown Street Bistro. Jason chose to run for manager early on because he knew all the great opportunities that came with Flyer Enterprises if you apply yourself and push yourself as much as you can. Jason hopes to be in the C-Suite of Flyer Enterprises by the time he wraps up at Dayton, as the experience and resumé building is extremely valuable. Jason is looking forward to working with the other managers as Brown Street Bistro is at a massive turning point and evolve the business into it's greatest potential.
