Bio

Lauren has worked at FE since the fall of 2023, starting as a sales associate at The Chill. After developing a passion for The Chill's culture and FE's mission, she served as the Director of Human Resources for The Chill from March 2025-March 2026. During this term, she helped introduced various new products, and successfully conducted a project to lower The Chill's labor expenses. This project led to her interest in an executive position, and she is excited and grateful to serve as CFO for the remainder of her FE career. She believes and sees significant growth potential for FE in the coming year and beyond.
