Bio

Billy is a junior Management major with a double minor in Entrepreneurship and Insight Selling. He got hired in Flyer Enterprises at The Chill during the fall of his freshman year and quickly developed a passion for leadership, team development, operations, and FE as a whole. After serving as a General Manager there and later as Operations Manager of The Blend, he is excited to now step into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Billy originally wanted to become a manager to create a positive, motivating environment for his employees and the entire FE community, and still does. Having seen firsthand the impact that involvement in FE has had on his own growth, confidence, and leadership development, he is passionate about creating that same experience for others. As COO, he is energized to connect with every division, bring fresh ideas to the table, strengthen collaboration, and continue building a culture where students feel empowered to lead and thrive. He is excited to give back to the organization that shaped him by making a lasting impact on as many students as possible who walk through FE!
