Bio

Cate was hired at Heritage Coffeehouse during the first semester of her freshman year. She quickly developed a strong passion for Flyer Enterprises and the opportunities it offered. Motivated by this experience, she pursued a management position and served as the Director of Human Resources for Heritage, where she focused on supporting and developing employees while continuing to grow as a leader. After a year in HR, Cate is excited to step into the role of Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer. In this position, she looks forward to contributing to Flyer Enterprises on a broader scale and enhancing employee performance across the organization. Cate is eager to collaborate with the executive team and HR managers from each division to build on past successes and guide the organization toward further achievements.
